Diet of Hope: Nothing Changes unless you Change
There are many factors involved in weight gain, I will mention just a few. The type of calories that a person consumes plays a major role in weight gain, for example simple carbohydrates. Simple carbohydrates would include regular sodas, fast food, white rice, white bread, flour tortillas. These are just a few examples of simple carbohydrates. Other factors that cause weight gain are certain medications, stress, a sedentary lifestyle and most importantly not learning to eat correctly.
